He has a master’s degree in Corporate Business Law from the American University (UAM), a master’s degree in Administrative Law, currently teaching in the Master’s program in Tax Law from the Institute of Legal Studies and Research (INEJ). He is a specialist in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Nicaraguan Institute of Procedural Law (INDEP). Specialist in Intellectual Property from WIPO. Graduate in Law from the Central American University (UCA). Lawyer and Notary Public of Nicaragua. Nominated as one of the best lawyers in Latin America by the directory “The Legal 500” (https://www.legal500.com/gc-powerlist/central-america-2023/walther-guillermo-sandino-rocha/). He is an international associate of i.Ley (https://www.i-ley.es/) a financial law firm based in Spain, attending to legal matters that arise in Nicaragua. At the same time he is the representative for Intellectual Property matters of an important laboratory in India and a member of the Latin American Association of Construction Law (ALDEC).
He has extensive experience in the field of corporate business law, legal advice in agro-industrial companies, construction projects and investment development in the real estate sector, mining sector, banking sector, structuring of financing for local companies and international funders. He has focused on the development of good corporate practices, legal strategies for funding and continuity of operations, and contractual aspects. Additionally, he has worked as a corporate lawyer in national companies as a representative of foreign companies leading legal operations in Nicaragua. He has advised food product distribution, laboratory and veterinary companies on their intellectual property assets, managing their brand portfolios, tax matters and corporate issues. He has been a representative member of the board of directors of important foreign companies.
She has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the American College University (UAC), with various courses and postgraduate degrees in Financial Management. She has extensive experience in retail and wholesale trade.
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
